A silikatgulv requires minimal maintenance. The surface is dense and chemically stable, so regular cleaning with water and neutral detergent is usually adequate. When needed, the surface may be sealed or re-processed with a thin silikatlag, which restores durability without a full replacement.
The high resistance against scratches, oil and grease, reduces the need for dybderengøring and makes the system ideal for areas with continuous operation.
The products can be applied on clean, dry, and sustainable concrete surfaces by means of the pump, trowel or roller, depending on the system type. They require no primer and can be applied directly after preparation.

Yes. Eco-products can be placed on the existing cementitious surfaces, and some systems may be used on the old epoxybelægninger after mechanical pre-treatment.
